Baccarat 250th anniversary chandelier

Baccarat has been collaborating with various creators who lead generations and always seeking new creativities to produce innovative artworks. They unveiled their very first chandelier in 1827 in France and in 2014 they tried to produce the new chandelier to celebrate their 250th anniversary. GLAMOROUS co.,ltd. is so honored as to design the chandelier and has expanded the design possibility of Baccarat chandeliers under the concept of “Session of Sparkle” reflecting the combination of different materials; crystals and mirrors.

Portal

'Portal' is a led hallway designed by artist Akiko Yamashita in the weller court plaza in Little Tokyo Los Angeles in 2015. Inspired by neon light and prism, the spiral made with 7000 pixels of light welcomes visitors to the building's plaza. Color animation is changing throughout the day and night. It has become a destination portal - formally a dark tunnel - has been transformed by the designer.

Happiness

This project is inspired by the Chinese idiom joy is coming. It expresses emotion and spirit from China's culture and bring them to users. It is a lamp that can be a home decoration placed on the desk. Magpie-based design of the lamp bulb can be taken from the stand, which has a battery inside so it can still work. It uses soft silicone material to be touched and hold by hands. And the bracket part is made of two parts in order to save space in the package box.

Small World is a square chair installation art. It can produce different types of images and sounds according to different regions, times and crowds. Different concept are expressed through different types of images and sounds. It can do activities in public squares and crave new experiences to respond some social problems,such as environmental protection, racial discrimination, school violence and so on.

Haara

The Haara pendant light was derived from close observation of nature. With light naturally drawing the eye, this sculptural piece was designed and handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. The finely engineered branching frame is comprised of numerous segments each cut from a solid piece of Brass allowing for endless configurations. The cylindrical lanterns are assembled from hand-drawn glass and polished brass concealing the lighting element, creating a unique lighting diffuser.

Space

The designer of this pendant was inspired by the elliptic and parabolic orbits of asteroids. The unique shape of the lamp is defined by the anodized aluminium poles that are precisely arranged in a 3D printed ring, creating the perfect balance. The white glass shade in the middle harmonizes with the poles and adds to its sophisticated appearance. Some say the lamp resembles an angel, others think it looks like a graceful bird.
