Aggregate is a floor lamp collection of three unique silhouettes classically sculpted with a variety of recycled materials: plastic, concrete, and steel. Each piece strategically uses height and the angle of the LED tube bulbs to evenly diffuse refracted light into any large space. The resulting design is organic yet commanding, providing the bold emission of light from each distinct form.

One version of the Qie pendant light uses a metallic end, makes the contradiction of colors and textures between volcanic rock and metallic surface is fascinating. Insulating concrete makes it safe from occurrence of electric shock and the concrete itself is so durable that you might not have to get a new one at anytime.
Continue readingThe design of Globe floor lamp by Edoardo Colzani originates from a sphere, reinterpreted by cutting its upper and bottom parts to create a new lampshade, suitable for casting the light both upwards and downwards. The project focuses on the use of handcrafted materials and on the round shape of the lampshade, made up of one metal piece without any weld joints. Globe design focuses also on flexibility thanks to the different combinations of internal and external finishes and to the adjustable lampshade and LED bar, that can both rotate to adapt to different needs.

Based on the traditional switch design standard, we figure out a small slot above the switch, which can place light label. The installation is simple and practical, we just need to insert the different printed label into the different slots. There is a small hole in the notch of the label plate, users can use smaller tools to eject the label paper.
Continue readingXtension is the first completely adjustable lamp in all its forms. It can extend and retract and be fastened to uneven surfaces thanks to its spherical latch points. This makes it capable of become a living object in one’s decor. When installed in a cluster it can become an element of communication, since its LEDs are programmable. Thus it becomes a signal light saying what is going on behind a door,like if a washroom is occupied, or indicate directions of intended travel. The combinations are limitless and can also be applied to art.
Continue readingLOTUS DOME is a living dome made out of hundreds of smart flowers which fold open in response to human behavior. It was placed in Sainte Marie Madeleine Church in Lille LOTUS DOME where it created an interactive play of light and shadow. As a futuristic vision of the Renaissance, LOTUS DOME merges elements of architecture and nature into an interactive environment. LOTUS is also realized as a curved 4 x 2 meters wall.
